How it works

Apply below. Your photo, bio, and story are exactly what will appear on your runner profile if you're approved.
We review it. A real person at the foundation reads every application and emails you back — approved or not, you'll hear from us.
You're on the team. Your profile goes up on the Tough Mudder dashboard, people can donate to you directly, and you start training.

Each runner makes a personal donation to the foundation as their commitment to the team — you choose the amount in the form, and it's collected only if you're approved.
